COMMON ORDER STATUS

Order Status

Once you have purchased our item and we have received your payment, your order will go through several shipping steps before being "shipped".
Please refer to the following different order status descriptions for details:


1. Waiting for payment:
If the order status is unpaid. Please feel free to pay for your order. Once we receive your payment, our warehouse staff will process your order.


2. Payment to be confirmed:
If we have not received your payment due to transaction delay (network reasons) or other unknown reasons, in this case, the goods will not be sent.
If the payment has been successfully completed, please send us the transaction ID or proof of payment to expedite processing.
If we do not receive your payment within 20 days from the date you placed your order, we will automatically cancel your order.


3. Payment failed:
If you try to pay us by credit card or other payment method and the payment fails. Please retry the payment with a different bank account. If the payment has been successfully completed, please send us the transaction ID or proof of payment.


4. Payment confirmation is successful:
If your order is successfully paid, we will process your order as soon as possible after receiving the payment, please be patient.

Notice:

If the order status is "Processing", your order has been entered into our system and sent to the warehouse for shipment.
The order status will remain "Processing" until the warehouse updates the shipping information.
If your order status still shows "Processing in 48 hours", it does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with your order. It just means that your order is still queued for shipment.
- After placing an order: If there is any change in stock, you will receive a notification email from us with the required action. Please check your e-mail in time(please note: as many customers reported that they did not receive email information, after our investigation, we found that some mailboxes will automatically classify emails, which also automatically organizes the notification emails we sent).

Schedule:
Your order is being shipped from the warehouse. Your order can no longer be edited.

Order Confirmation:
We are preparing your order for shipment. We will notify you when it ships.

Order Shipped:
Your order has been shipped.Track your shipment to see the delivery status.

Order Delivered:
Your order has been delivered. Thank you for your purchase.Track your shipment to see the delivery status.

cancel the order:
Your order has been cancelled and we will notify you of a refund as soon as possible.

order refund:
Your order status has been refunded. We have arranged a refund for you. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.


I purchased multiple items, why only some items arrived, where is the other package?
If you have ordered multiple items, some of which are not in stock, the order will be split and shipped. Items that are in stock will be shipped first, and other items will be shipped when they are in stock.

Note: We will keep you informed and ensure you receive the complete item.


How do I add or remove items from my order?
Please note that we can only change to another color/size for the same price.

Please contact us if your order is in the early stages of processing.
We cannot make changes to items after an order has shipped.


Where can I check my order number and check the status of my order?
1. Log in to your account and move the mouse over your account name. Click "View Order".

2. Click "My Orders" to view all of your previous orders. You can then view the full details of a specific order by clicking on "Order Details".


View your order:
Once your order ships, our system will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Just click the link and you will be taken to the website of Yun Express, UPS, 4PX or other courier company and you will know where your package is.

Note: If you order more than one item, we may ship it separately. Therefore, we will keep you informed and ensure that you receive your item in full.

Change Order
If the order has not yet started shipping, you can modify the order. Please submit a message to our customer service.
